Department of Education from Bryan College
The education department. Our desire is to send out well-prepared godly teachers who have the gifts and the calling to make an impact on their students academically and spiritually. We teach an eclectic approach to teaching and learning which is research-based and maintains the balance between student-centered and content-based methods. Everything we do is assessed in light of a biblical worldview.
We offer Tennessee Licensure in Elementary Education as well as Secondary Education with several endorsement areas available. We also offer K-12 licensure in Music and Physical Education.
Our graduates are employed in both Christian and public schools in the U. S. and abroad. They also can seek other positions in education-related fields such as churches, camps, youth ministries, literacy programs, etc.
