To help train high level professional leaders for the Management of Rural Education in the theoretical and practical domain to promote, coordinate and develop activities aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of educational services. Consolidate a genuine cultural and economic base in the peasant population to allow for active participation and commitment and determination in the development of their community and country.

Understanding the dynamic cultural, anthropological and environmental quality of the rural community.
Identify needs of the rural population.
Design and implement methodologies and strategies that meet the characteristics of rural education, with special attention to the nature of adult learning and the conditions of the environment in which it operates.
Differentiating the theory and practice of learning for children and adults.
Properly use various educational materials appropriate to the nature of the rural population.
Promote participation and pooling of efforts by a school community to effectively integrate educational and social needs of the rural

Pedagogical University Experimental Libertador, with a Masters Degree in Physical Education, aims to train professionals specialized in the teaching of this discipline with a methodology for preparing the research, so we can design and implement studies to address problems identified in either of the bodies or aspects of teaching and learning of Physical Education
It aims at the same time, provide them with a theoretical set of methodological tools that allow them to design, test and evaluate learning experiences appropriate levels, educational programs or arrangements in which they develop as teachers. Similarly, it seeks to expand the training of students
1. Possess the title of professor or graduate education, or other higher education degree equivalent level, provided they can be shown to have experience or are in an office of education Fund (Black)
2. Submit curriculum vitae, certified copies of notes taken in Education, photocopy of identity card extended
3. Two passport type photographs
4. Enroll, cancel, and approve all subjects propaedeutic course with a rate of no less than 7 points on a scale of 1 to 10
5. Have a minimum of 16 hours per week to devote to the mastery.
