Master in European Studies. The study of Europe in its historical, social, political and institutional diversity can represent for young people from outside Europe a unique opportunity for developing a versatile mindset and understanding new and unconventional social phenomena.
This Master may also interest students from other universities participating in an exchange programme with LUISS – especially those who are attending a two-year Master in European Studies or International Relations and wish to spend one semester or a year overseas.
The Master aims at providing the student with a global idea of Europe and the European Union, dealing with its history, law, economics, political organisation and policies. Based in Rome, the Master pays particular attention to issues of Mediterranean relations and cooperation.

Students are accepted if they have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a record indicating the ability to pursue a master’s degree to completion. In addition, depending on the specific program of interest, students must fulfill other requirements. Acceptance will be determined by the Graduate Admissions Committee. You will need to submit the following to the Director of Admissions:
completed application;
$35 application fee;
Two letters of recommendation
official college transcript(s)
scores from PRAXIS – for elementary Ed; Special Ed; and Reading programs, as well as School Counseling.
For applicants who are not seeking initial teacher licensure – please include a copy of your current licensure. A copy of current teaching license for reading program applicant is required.
